UltraOpto New Product Launch | Classic Powell Prism, the Core Choice for High-Cost-Performance Laser Uniform Line Drawing

UltraOpto newly launches the classic Powell prism. As a classic laser beam shaping component, it can accurately convert a circular Gaussian laser beam into a linear light spot with uniform energy, completely solving the problem of uneven light intensity in line drawing with traditional cylindrical lenses. The line width uniformity is ≤15%, the straightness is ≥0.1%, and it has good beam incident fault tolerance, suitable for conventional power laser shaping needs.
The product selects N-BK7/K9 optical glass as the main material. For high-power/ultraviolet scenarios, customized ultraviolet fused silica versions are available. Ultra-precision processing strictly controls core accuracy: dimensional tolerance is ±0.05~0.1mm, prism edge straightness is ≤3μm, fan angle is optional from 10° to 120° with a tolerance within ±1°, light transmittance aperture is >90%, and customized 400-1600nm broadband anti-reflection coating is supported. The product undergoes multi-dimensional quality control verification before leaving the factory, with a stable and durable structure.
It is cost-effective and suitable for multiple scenarios such as industrial laser line drawing, machine vision positioning, laser level meters, and conventional photoelectric detection. Mainstream specifications are available in sufficient stock. The fan angle, size, and coating can all be customized non-standard. Small-batch sampling is supported, and the delivery time is stable, providing a highly adaptable and cost-effective optical solution for low-to-medium power laser shaping and line drawing.
