It achieves high transmittance transmission in the ultraviolet band, no laser-induced fluorescence, and a high laser damage threshold, fundamentally reducing optical path loss.
Built in accordance with laser-grade precision processing standards, it features excellent surface accuracy, small centering error, precise focal length tolerance, and high surface finish, ensuring distortion-free beam transmission. An optional UV-specific anti-reflection coating is available, with a band reflectivity of <0.5%, further improving ultraviolet light transmittance. The component has strong environmental tolerance. The quartz substrate is resistant to strong acids and ultraviolet radiation, with no ultraviolet-induced darkening. The BK7 substrate has good processability and strong stability, and can adapt to various harsh working environments.
