New Product Launch | UltraOpto Sapphire Gem-Grade Optical Assembly Components
New Product Launch | UltraOpto Sapphire Gemstone Grade Optical Assembly Components - The Core Choice for High-End Optical Systems Integration

UltraOpto proudly presents its sapphire gemstone grade optical assembly components, featuring high-purity sapphire single crystals as the core material, combined with ultra-precision optical assembly techniques and integrated design. This product seamlessly blends the superior material properties of sapphire with precise optical path control, creating highly durable, highly integrated, and ultra-stable high-end optical core components. It offers professional solutions for the demanding optical requirements in aerospace, laser, semiconductor, and other fields.
The core of the component is made of synthetic high-purity sapphire single crystals, which undergo directional cutting and ultra-precision chemical mechanical polishing, maintaining the excellent properties of gemstone grade: a Mohs hardness of 9 for extreme wear resistance, high transmission from deep ultraviolet (0.17μm) to mid-infrared (5.5μm) wavelengths, withstanding a wide temperature range of -100°C to 450°C and 1000°C instantaneous thermal shock, resistant to aqua regia and strong alkali, and maintaining high optical precision even after long-term outdoor use, ensuring the durability and stability of the component at the material level.
The entire ultra-precision stress-free optical assembly is completed in an ISO5 cleanroom, with micro-assembly robots achieving nanometer-level positioning. The coaxiality and tilt of the lenses reach the top precision in the industry. Optical-grade UV curing adhesives are used for stress-free fixation, with precise control over the thickness of the adhesive layer, completely eliminating the risk of cracking in the brittle sapphire material. The inner walls of the assembly structure are coated with high-absorption anti-glare paint to effectively suppress stray light interference, ensuring the accuracy and purity of the optical path transmission.
The product features an integrated optical path design, seamlessly integrating sapphire optical lenses, support bases, sealing structures, and functional coatings, replacing traditional discrete optical components. This significantly simplifies the optical path design process, enhancing the integration and overall stability of the optical system. It supports various assembly structures such as vacuum, atmospheric pressure, and sealed, with coatings available in types such as anti-reflection, high reflection, and bandpass filters as needed. Sapphire substrates can also be custom-cut in C-cut or R-cut orientations, fully matching the personalized requirements of different optical systems.
Moreover, the component has all-weather durability and high adaptability. The vacuum version has an extremely low leakage rate, and the heterogeneous bonding structure has a very low void density and excellent bonding strength, enabling stable operation in extreme environments such as aerospace vacuum, industrial high temperatures, chemical corrosion, and outdoor sand and dust, without the need for additional protection, and is suitable for complex working conditions in various high-end fields.
It is widely used in high-end fields such as aerospace laser guidance, high-power laser systems, semiconductor wafer inspection, core optical paths of lidar, quantum optics research, and outdoor high-definition security, making it the core preferred component for high-reliability, high-stability, and high-integration optical systems!
