UltraOpto New Product Launch | High-Precision Dispersion Prism, Accurate Light Splitting Empowers Optical Analysis

Dispersion Prism New product launch

UltraOpto newly launches precision dispersion prisms, focusing on the core needs of spectral analysis and wavelength separation. It carefully selects high-quality base materials such as BK7, ultraviolet fused silica, and SF11 flint glass, which are suitable for use in multiple bands from ultraviolet to infrared. Customized infrared crystal models such as calcium fluoride and zinc selenide can be provided on demand.

The product adopts ultra-precision processing technology, strictly controlling dimensional and angular tolerances. The surface flatness is ≤λ/[email protected], and the clear aperture is ≥80%. It supports customized anti-reflection coating to improve light transmittance. The standard 60° equilateral triangular prism is available in stock. Special models such as Berin-Broca prism and Abbe prism as well as non-standard specifications can also be customized.

It is perfectly compatible with spectrometers, spectrophotometers, photoelectric detection equipment, and laser dispersion compensation systems, and is widely used in fields such as spectral analysis, wavelength measurement, environmental monitoring, and high-end medical imaging. In-stock sales support small-batch sampling, and personalized solutions can be customized on demand with stable delivery time, providing high-stability and high-precision solutions for various optical light-splitting scenarios.
