UltraOpto New Product Launch | High-Precision Corner Cube Prism, 180° Accurate Retroreflection Empowers Diverse Optical Scenarios
UltraOpto newly launches the precision corner cube prism (trihedral reflection prism), which can achieve 180° high-precision retroreflection of light. The deviation of the incident angle does not affect the retroreflection effect, and the incident angle tolerance reaches ±15°, making it the preferred component for highly stable back reflection in optical systems.
The product selects high-quality base materials such as BK7/K9 optical glass and ultraviolet fused silica (UVFS/JGS1), which are respectively suitable for visible/near-infrared and ultraviolet to near-infrared bands. Ultra-precision processing strictly controls the accuracy: dimensional tolerance is ±0.05~0.1mm, beam deflection angle is <3″/<10″, surface flatness is λ/[email protected], and clear aperture is ≥90%. It supports silver/aluminum high-reflection coating on the reflection surface, anti-reflection coating on the incident surface, and can also retain the uncoated total internal reflection version. Φ8mm-Φ72.5mm mainstream specifications are available in stock, and non-standard sizes and special precision can be customized.
